The Council of Elders is our guiding force in making proper decisions similar to a board of directors.  We do not believe in the individuals particular perspective it is always a collective effort.  Know one person is responsible for any one decision. Collective efforts are always judged balanced and then executed. When all are in agreement, then progress is made.
